Please note that this list of preferred suppliers is included for your information only. Adelaide Convention Centre clients are not mandated to use our preferred suppliers and may use their own suppliers, subject to those suppliers meeting and complying with the Adelaide Convention Centre’s requirements, including in relation to insurance, licensing, and occupational health, safety and welfare, and any necessary inductions and risk assessments required by the Adelaide Convention Centre.
 
Where you enter into an agreement with the Adelaide Convention Centre to hold an convention, exhibition or event at the Adelaide Convention Centre, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you comply with all relevant laws, including  the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
