Access
Dedicated lanes from North Terrace lead to our loading dock and the Plenary Hall has drive-in access for virtually any sized vehicle. If you can get it on a truck, we can get it in. Live load allowance is up to 20kPa/2000kgs m2 – depending on the venue and this applies to all vehicles plus equipment.
Business centre
To ensure delegates can remain productive whilst on location, our well-equipped Business Centre is open daily for use during events. Customer relations staff are also on hand to assist with any last minute requests.
Riverbank Lawns: outdoor entertaining at its best
Add a special touch to your next conference with an outdoor event under the stars.
We make the most of our riverside location, and Adelaide’s ideal climate, to hold parties and events on our own “front lawn”.
The Riverbank Lawn comprises of 1,700 square metres of grass carpet.
Located on the banks of the River Torrens, it can be transformed for glittering outdoor cocktail parties, barbecues, or themed events.
It’s glorious outside, beneath the stars on a balmy summer night … and just as stylish in a pavilion marquee.
No other Australian convention centre can match this riverside setting.
