The Adelaide Convention Centre is widely recognised for the quality and delivery of its food and beverage product. Our internationally trained and experienced chefs work with menus that feature the freshest of local and regional produce, creating a modern Australian cuisine that also incorporates the flavours of the east.
The wine list reflects the rich wine heritage of South Australia, with selections from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and the Adelaide Hills. Other Australian and imported wines are available on request.
Our flexible banquet seating capacity of between 10 and 4,500 people is matched by our flexible approach to food and beverage.

Our event is for charity and the Adelaide Convention Centre was excellent in providing assistance with extra space and improved sound at minimal charges so as not to impact on monies being raised... People have raved about the event to us.
